15" Endli and 2-3" Dats????

how big a fish can my Endli eat. i do not feed feeders so I dont really know what they are capable of.

That 2-3 inches will surely become food. When my endli were at 15" they were able to take down 5-6 inches midas cichlids as feeders. You have to remember that bichirs are capable of doing deathroll when it able to grab and hold of the prey. They spin their body till they able to rip apart the prey piece by piece. A 2-3 inches wont be deathroll but will just get swallow. Even that hard pointy sharp fins wont help prevent it as I had my 16"" laparadei ate a 4" NGT before.

I wouldn't trust a 15" Endli with a 3" Dat. However, I do have 11" Endlis with 4"-5" Dats. I'm not going to lie...it was nerve racking for about 3 weeks trying to make sure everyone was accounted for everyday.

I Couldent say if they eat dats (I imagen they would) but endli are certantly not afraid to try and eat fish way to big for them. 12 inch endli 8 inch gar,

i don't know about endli but my tsn is 10'' and i just got a fei feng yesterday and this morning i check fei feng is going

5-6" should be the right time. But best to wait to 8" for sure wil b ok

i go by girth. if it has enough girth that the bigger endli wont be able to swallow it, introduce em.

Take the widest width of the endlicheri's mouth, thats how tall the datnoid should at least be.
