The first Hollywood portrayals of Snakeheads were ridiculous. They are an apex predator though. They belong in aquariums in North America not natural waterways. If the owner cannot get rid of them fillet them up (or give them to somebody that will) or use them for fertilizer.

I'm still waiting for their invasion! So I can put an arrow on them!Their massive spawns provide a great food source for many of the more accepted species, like bass. This debate is never going to go away. They are here to stay and quite frankly they are not bad to have around.
id quite enjoy them being here. I target them in Florida and its a blast. better fighters and better eating than bass.
