Well they're not mine exactly but I could do whateva' I want with them. My high-school has started a new research program and the school built a whole room just for this new class. The coolest part about this is

that my teacher bought 15 brand new marine-land aquarium kits with filters and hoods and said I could have at them. The only downside is that they're all 10 gallons so Ill probably breed a few dwarf cichlids, some corycats,

shrimp and maybe fighting fish or tetras. Either way I was just looking to see if anyone has any suggestions on what to do with a 10 gallon aquarium, Thanks!

P.S.- Or any cool experiments

Self cloning crayfish would be interesting for the class to study. Very easy to breed; make sure you have some predators to feed the babies to or it could become overwhelming.

Work on reproducing plants or snails. Ramshorn snails would be perfect for a science class. Or mystery snails for genetic purposes. Guppies too.

And that's how you get 5 people to post.... The school's in Babylon (long island) I think with a couple of the tanks I'll do experiments on aquarium plants that involve light, co2, etc.

I'm assuming marineland's standard 10 gallon filter, I may try and kook a few of them together to a large filter though

i'd do shrimp, shelldwellers, some bettas (divided tanks) and a planted tank.
