15" RTC in 75g?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
mine had to keep a 18 inch + pacu in a 30 gall as no one else would keep it .

it could not even turn round :(

my other lfs has an 18" rtc in like a 30gal. if you've been to petsmart, you've seen there racks. my lfs took there old stuff so its the same tank. top row. so sad

MOST pet stores dont keep most fish very long. It is too much work and a waste of money and space to put the fish in large aquariums. Unless they are more of a rare or specialized store.

id hope thats how it is he needs a new home quick i think stores shouldn't carry these kind of fish any one who can go through the effert to get that big of an aquarium or pond won't have trouble ordering a fish

Gotta love that.

When I was working at a petstore in college, I came into work one day and there was a 22" CK in a 30 gallon tank. I ended up calling a budy of mine to come get it because he had an indoor pond that could house it.

you'd be surprised how long fish stores keep there fish. rtc has been at mikes aquarium for over 8 months now sittin in that 30gal. it dissapeared for like 2 weeks then came back lol.

i think if a LFS cant take care of a type of adult fish them selfs they shouldnt be selling them
