nah! my Motoros took hikari Sicking carnivore pellets for the first time yesterday! it was my first time feeding them it. they hesitated at first but an hour later almost all were gone! im very pleased on them taking to the new food so easily. i just mixed it with cut up dew worms! i have also heard of rays eating algae wafer, shrimp and aro pellets as well!
I have never tried other types of pellets but this girl eats anything and I'm sure there are other ones rays will eat
