Here you go, killer deal, talk him down. Sounds like the "leaks" are two holes drilled for closed loop. EASY fix.

I have a 225 gallon fish tank that does not hold water, tank leaks in two spots along bottom of tank. Will be great for a dry land animal... turtle, lizard, snake.

Tank is acrylic, 72"L x 30"T x 24"W. Tank was drilled for bottom filtration, thats where two leaks are.

Will deliver for full price.

That's my buddies old tank. I know a lot about it and its not in good condition at all. The leaks are around the bulkhead fittings and the previous owner that had it before my buddy used plumbers putty or something and sealed the bulkheads to the tank.
 
I think the person who bought it from my friend lives in the Albany area. I don't think he's in Portland.
 
Thanks for the heads up on the leaks. Im not looking to get a tank that needs repairs or has issues. I am willing to pay for quality. I just cannot afford to have another tank malfunction especially at that size. Really, all I need is that glass itself.
