nobody is flaming.... you asked if you could build one and I simply said no you can't.
 
why,could i not?i am very talented.i have tons of diy's.i have taken wood for 2 years now.i have worked with plexi glass and plywood


Have you built anything with acrylic before? Bonding wise.

How about building your sump first to get you a little more experience.

Read everything you can find about it, here and other sites too.

Like you said, if you get it cut by a pro, and block sand the edges to make sure they are square and even.

Make sure the edges have full contact with its mating surface.

Make a jig out of wood to sqaure up the sides with the bottom. clamp and bond. but with this size tank your going to need extra hands.

Get the proper applicator for the solvent. And Quality duct tape.

Start early in the morning so its curing during the heat of the day, in an open / well ventilated garage with room to work around it would be best. Figure on a full weekend

You only get one shot at this so it has to be right.
