I agree.Same issues you'd run into with a pair or trimacs. If they do fight it will not give the female much room to retreat or hide.
same here I did a malThe bad thing about the 2' wide 150s is that they're only 4' long. A trimac male is going to get around 12" long and will be aggressive. You will not find many tankmates that will work in a setup like that. You could try something small like a couple male convicts and maybe some dithers / target fish like silver dollars. If it were me and I wanted a trimac in that size setup I'd go for a pair and nothing else.

Africans suck, stay CA and SA you will not be happy with Africans. I tried it and went straight back to CA and SA.everyone thank you for all the info I am just going to retired from the big cichlids and learn the African cichlids trade thanks again god bless!
