Personally think it's an odd mix that is not very likely to work out, and better going in the direction of either central or south americans. The festivum is nowhere near something like a hericthys in temperament. I would go either with the hericthys, and salvini, and then pick some more central american options (convict types, nicaraguan, etc). Or go in the direciton of south americans, with your uaru, festivum, and then add some more SA cichlids, plenty to choose from such as acaras or severums.
Duanes' advice above is solid as always- your pH and gH/kH may determine which route is better for you. Either one could work out in a 150 gallon, but I think trying to combine them would be a mistake. If you already have the uaru and festivums, I would go in that direction. if your parameters aren't suited to SA cichlids, could add peat moss in the filter, leaves and driftwood to help bring it in check.
