  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
it is, but i won't fill it up to it's capacity, i distrust that 1/4" glass.

ok man, thanks a lot, i have mine built 1/4" i hope it could stand the stress, pretty cheap only $50.

150 g is my dream tank!!!!!! congrats. how much would it have been for 1/2 in. glass?

because it is not the height but rather the length and width that matters to the occupants of the tank. if it was built 3/8" thick it would have gone three times the price.

3x's $50 is not bad at all peewe.. Saves you alot of worries down the future. 150gal is alot of water to clean up.
No one said this will be a cheap hobby. Consider what fish you will be keeping in that tank with the possibilities of it breaking on you..
Take your time and do it right! Thats just my opinion.

for all you know man i'm broke. hahahaha!

than don't build a 150g tank with only 1/4" glass;)

save for it and build it properly (so you can fill it FULL and enjoy it)

otherwise, build something smaller and safer using the 1/4" glass.

this is probably your best bet..

ps saving up for a monster tank is a noble cause:headbang2

too late man, it is already built. tried to upload the pic earlier from my phone, but guess what, it's not only me that's broke but also my phone.
