Based on the sump and FX5 and assuming you keep up the water changes then it looks like you may be ok.
I have seen another thread where T1KArmann suggest Scobina Rays are smaller and this may help too but I know nothing about them and they do not seem to be a common Ray in the UK...worth the research though?
