If you can buy a set of "movers straps" or "moving straps" they will make the job 10X easier.

All the weight is applied to your shoulders so there is any arm strain. I've helped move a 220 with 2 people using straps up in and out of a basement - worked perfect.

A 150 will weigh between 230-250 lbs depending on who makes. it It shouldn't take 8 guys to move unless you're 11 lol I've moved a 180 with two guys and a 220 with three. but you need at least one strong guy. after 125 gallons b/c the glass gets thicker the tanks get heavier FAST,.

I just bought one too, It took 8 guys a case of beer and a couple stack of ribs, but it was all worth it. haha

man you guys are a bunch of lightweights lol. i managed to sit my 210g on the stand by myself when i was testing it out in the garage. me and a friend can easily carry a 210g glass all day

some funny posts there, me and friend handled the 150 just fine, and threw it on a stand, the glass needs cleaning but besides that looks great

I know that the people that moved my 281 pound 150 were complaining how heavy it was.

I could tell they weren't kidding cause their faces were red lol

I guess they werent used to lifting heavy, ackward tanks..
