Can be breed right?

For americans, I know of Convicts, Rainbow Cichlids, Cryptoheros nanoluteus and the likes. Oh and my Ellioti breed in a 15g, so Elliotis too I guess.

Note that this is breeding. These can breed rather comfortably in a 15g, but for most, it is definitely not good enough for life. And also 'can' here means that if the pair pairs up fine then good, but aggression can tear it all apart. :)

They need a bigger tank then just a 15 gallon... like a 30gallon for 1 pair...

I wasn't planning on leaving them in there for life. Just till I can get my 29 from my moms. So its really just temporary . What ever I do decide to get they will be juveniles so they might not even be in there long enough to spawn.

you can breed rainbow cichlids in a 20 long...not ideal I suppose, but certainly can be done

Don't rainbows get the same size as convicts?

Aye, the question is what can be breed in a 15g. I guess technically a lot more than what I listed can be breed in a 15g, but it's harder and harder as the size increases as it'd be harder and harder to find a mature specimen that can breed in there.

That's true.
