15Gal tank what to do ?

Been thinking on a Blue Freshwater Lobster .

Do you do you think i could put one in for the 15Gal tank for life ?

Also could i put a few other little fish in with a Blue Freshwater Lobster in the 15Gal for life ?

any fish in with a lobster would get eaten. lobsters get too big for a 15 gallon get a crayfish or yabbie instead if you want that sort of thing. or you can get a single convict (lots of attitude) or maybe a salvini but they might be just a little too big.

No Lobster for me now , as i have now found out that the one and only type i can get will end up out growing the 15Gal in less than 6months .

Thinking now on a semi planted tank with a couple of small schools fish and maybe a Clown Plec , Corys or some think like !

I know i didnt really want any tiny fish , but i am now thinking on that i will only get bored of seeing a single fish in the tank so i thought i will do what i first ever did with the tank when i got it about 6 years ago with a semi planted tank ( Low light plants - so things like Java Fern , Echinodorus Ozelot Green , Sagittaria Platyphylla , Vallis . ECT .

So what schooling fish should i go for ? Nothing which will outgrow the tank , Also how many of what fish ?


What i have thought on getting -

Clown Pleco
Glass Catfish
Zebra Danio
Chocolate Gourami
Golden Harlequin Rasbora
Cherry Barbs
Panda Corys
Blood Fin Tetra
King Blue Tetra


Defently not all of them in the 15Gal but thats what fish i have been looking at .

I like all types of Gourami , but i have hadd Blue and 3 spotted Gourami in the past so i thought Chocolate would look nice , plus i have never had that type before .

I have had a tank full of all diffrent type of Gourami like Blue , 3 Spotted , Banded , Pearl , Golden , Moonlight , Drawf and a couple of other types . So i thought some thing diffrent would nice .

If you still have your heart set on puffers, try dwarf puffers...they're small enough.

If not, I'd probably make it a shrimp tank...but out of the list you have, if i'm not mistaken glass cats like to have company...so i would think they wouldnt be the best idea.

Yer most of them Fish i have listed like been in schools .

What about a planted Shrimp and Black Neon Tetra tank .
