16'' Blood parrot

Same here...Not doubting it...but damn...I have a 9" blood parrot...but thats nearly twice the size of mine...

King Kong Blood Parrots normally get to around 12 inchs but it may be one of the newer varieties of Darmo or Red Ingot BP. However Id be sceptical of a normal BP this big with out seeing a picture of it out of the water next to a measuring tape.

I'm betting it's more midas than parrot looking and that you'll see that in the photo's because I've see fish called "blood parrots" that basically look like deformed midas, so I'm betting that's what it is.. but we shall see..

To anyone who knows house of fins in miami, they had a parrot brought in a month ago. The owners thought it was too big to keep anymore. Apparently, all they did was feed it 4-5 times a day. It was almost a foot, but weighed 2.5 pounds!!!
