It'll take some time for a CK that size to accept prepared foods. It's just a matter of patience. I have yet to meet a CK that will starve itself to death. I currently have a small CK that I haven't seen eat yet, but it's been a few weeks and it's still a baby. Since you have it with other fish, it will see the other fish eat and will learn that what the other fish are eating is edible. If anything...you can go "fishing" by loosely tying a piece of shrimp to a fishing line and jerk it around in the tank to make it look live.
