People use bleach to clean ornaments and stuff by simply neutralizing it with prime and rinsing very well. I personally don't see your problem with it if it's completely washed and cleaned out how would residue get in your tank? I don't know maybe I'm crazy D davenmandysuit yourself, they're your fish. because bleach, alcohol and vinegar leaves no residue. they are the ONLY things that don't leave a residue and therefore the ONLY things you should clean any tank, ornament etc with. Haven't you ever heard of "soap-scum"? What do you think causes it?
see, it's stupid posts like this people get mis-led into thinking it's ok to use soaps and solvents. If you want to kill your fish, that's ok, I can't tell you what to do, but don't post stuff like this so other people can read it and kill their fish by following bad advice..Haven't you heard of water vinegar and a magic eraser?
