sorry for the late responses... he is 5 yrs old... he only eats hikari sticks and massivore and the occasional market shrimp.... he is an a 125 gal tank..... and actually my friend owns a jar that is 2' in length, but he's had it for over 10 yrs... and yeah no drop eye...

Cool to see your response to confirm the DE. Very slow growth by using pellets/sticks, which may or may not be a good thing - no comment here
