1700 Gallon Stingray River

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I thought I would share some pictures of my system. Dimensions are 15'6" long 5'wide and 33" tall. Water section is approximately 450-500 gallons with another 90 gallons in an elevated filtration tank.

Water area contains - One leo, One Motoro, 9 Discus, some rummy nose and Cardinal tetras, Black Ghost Knife, and a rope fish.

Land has Various Poison dart frogs, some pygmy and Jackson's chameleons, various anoles and gecko's.

Filtration- I have an automatic water change system that does daily 70 gallon water changes consisting of 50 gallons Ro only and 20 gallons dechlorinated tap aerated for 24 hours.

Additional filtration; 2 fluval 405's, one eheim ecco, one marineland canister plus 2 aquaclear 110's.

Both wet and dry ecosystems in the same tank... Not only did my mind just explode, But I may have cumed in my pants a little. :jaw:

Wow! I wish he never converted and just added that as his tank. I would say this is the most complex and beautiful tank I have seen. It's a complete sustained ecosystem. Wow! Just wow!

One of the nicest tanks I have ever seen!

After I win the lottery I will fly you over here to help me build me one of those
