175g tank with stand for 200 bucks, should I buy? Was used as a reptile tank before hand, what would I need to do to get it fish compatable again?

Any chance you could get it partly filled on location to give you a better idea of what your dealing with?

If it was built specifically for reptiles, I wouldn't use it. Reptile tanks use thinner glass and 175 gallons of water on the ground will be a messy ordeal.

The guy had fish in the tank before he put the reptiles in. He has told me, that he filled up the tank all the way last week, and it has not leaked. He said he would fill it up halfway or so when I go to check out the tank to prove that it does in fact hold water. He sent me a picture of the tank with fish in it, so I know that is a true story.

Go for it, thats a great price for a tank that size, and if it does leak its not that hard to reseal it...

Alright, cool. Thanks a bunch guys :)

Also, any ideas for stocking? Already have two O's. They are still very small. 2" and 3.5" and just those two in the 175g is like...wait...there's fish in there?
