I love my droid, and have had verizon for years with no issues. Like others have said, customer service sucks in general. When i first got the droid the camera was messed up. So i took it to the nearest store and the lady told me it had to be returned online. So i call verizon and they say the opposite but called the store and informed the lady. So i head back to the store to do the exchange, which takes forever even though the store is empty...none of them knew how to do it. So when i finally get it home, i realize they completely messed up. My phone now had the # of the other phone on our account, and the other phone was disconnected and in their system had been upgrade to a droid as well even though it was an older flip phone. In that time they added data usage charges to the bill. Thats right...they charged data usage for my phone with unlimited data plan, and for a phone that was not in operation and not even a 3g phone to begin with. Where those numbers came from i have no idea. But in the end it got straightened out with a 3 way call to customer service. Was a mess but i dig the droid and have had no issues.
