As you can see hes been biting his own tail. The tail will eventually grow back within 2weeks. Otherwise he is in excellent condition.

LOL, Those are not scars on the arowana! its called spangles like the peacock bass orinos!!!
Spangles on fishes are more rare then plain ones! This fish has spangles from head to tail which makes him an amazing rare jardini.
