Give them a few days. I have not met a CK that won't take Frozen Shrimp yet If you're going to put a CK that large with a Poly that small, I wouldn't trust it. May just look like the mother of all worms to it.

Id say look at thew mouth and then look at the diameter of the fish, if it will fish it will get eaten.
