18' x 9' x 3.5' catfish tank build in progress.....

Looks the same as the last pic I took. Still somewhere around 10-11'ish, so not a whole lot, but more than it sounds like lol. I'll post up some more pics tomorrow after I do some more work. Taking in another load of scrap metal tomorrow, and that should get me another $50 to buy some ply.
 
Pics later only have around 2 hours to work on it before the wifey gets home.....oops slept in too long. That's ok I'll work on it tomorrow also.
 
Yeah I can't wait to get the skeleton finished so that I can put this thing on the ground finally. Crawling underneat to put on ply and the feet every 8" sux. lol. Should be ready for the next sheet of ply on the bottom. Not fun lol. Pics tonight I promise
 
Here's the pics guys. Basically a pic after putting on the bottom rails, and one after getting to where it is now. Ready to put on the next piece of ply on the bottom and hopefully by the end of the weekend this portion of the build will be complete. My wife decided to model for a size reference. She's a lil over 5'

That tank is going to be HUGE when finished. And to think people spend 5k for a 'monster' tank that's like 1/10th of the size.
 
wow! now that's what i call a catfish tank. wish i had the room for one that big. good luck with the build.
