18' x 9' x 3.5' catfish tank build in progress.....

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Thanks guys. I did some looking around on MFK this weekend and man we have quite a few tanks over the 1k mark now. lol. I don't know that I can claim to be in the top 5 or top ten largest on this site. See that? Not even finished and already need to upgrade!!! hehehe

Maybe I can help with those geese as well. LOL I was doing this for my little brothers amusement at the Faulkurk wheel in Scotland . Wen't to visit the ancestors castle cool trip.

Thinking of adding an acryllic tube that goes above the tank for the fish to go through! lol

Yeah, thanks guys. I've got a plan to get some more work done and might have another $200 to drop on this project soon.......TBC

this is just a thought..

but would liquid nails work?

liqiud nails would work to fill the gaps but would need at least a week drying time if not longer, depends on the size gap being filled on drying time, and once it goes hard it can me sanded to give a rough surface and can be epoxyed over.

True, but which liquid nails product would work best? you go to the hardware store and there's like 20 different kinds of liquid nails. Which one dries the hardest? I know the subfloor adhessive never seems hard, it dries kind of rubbery. You sand and it just clogs the sand paper first pass.:WHOA:

Well looks like this weekend will be dedicated to skeletons. I really need to get those done and shipped out. Sorry it's taking me so long guys.

While I can't wait to get it.. I don't mind the wait. Your quality of work is worth waiting for. :)
