180 drill

I just use a jig saw for holes in acrylic. Use a thin blade so you can turn, and fine tooth seems to cut best. I use a little water to keep it cool if possible, if not I just clean up the melted mess with a carbide tip in a die grinder. Never tried a hole saw, as I've never had any issues getting "jiggy" with the jig saw.

I'll never use an overflow again, bought or made..... I'll drill and enjoy the piece of mind, as once you get burnt or soaked by an overflow it's hard to trust again.
