are those cinderblocks? are cinderblocks safe to use without filling withing concrete? and is the tank safe like that with no support in the middle? looks like a nice easy and cheap stand alternative if so.

It's a really cheap, heavy duty stand, there are pics somewhere on the forums about how it's built, they're glued together with wood glue I believe.. It has supports under it, it's made by 4x4's. It's perfectly safe.
