180 gal weight

I was in your shoes over 2 yrs ago. But the tank I was contemplating to put in the 2nd floor is a 125gallon. A carpenter that I know of told me it should be fine, and he even stated a 180gallon would also be ok.
But I feel comfortable with 125gallon, as long as its place on exterior wall and sitting parallel to the joist, and the joist must run straight to the first floor.
Im more worried about leaks, thats why I placed a water leak detector ($10 home depot, lowes) below the stand.
BTW, I also have a 75gallon in my bedroom 2nd floor, and a 20gallon long on the other side of the wall.
