yep fish is gone. its a jardini, back to the tank guys acrylic is 3/8 thick on the side and top and bottem of the tank is bout 1/2". the thing of top the over flow is just a cover for it previous owner riped out the overflow i had it professonally rebuild by California Acrylic and that was the outcome of their handy work.
