180 gallon fish setup

I think that would be overstocked when they are fully grown. I would get just one of each cichlid.And maybe cut down the number of them. I would also leave out the bala sharks. You could try some silver dollars.

That would really be quite a few pretty large,fish in a 6x2. JMO.

Well tomorrow is the big day I submit my fish stocking list to the LFS. I have taken on board advice from all you guys. After some hard thinking I have decided I would massively regret not trying a baby female red terror in the tank if available at all. I will let all the fish grow up together. However, on the first sign that she is not working out she will be traded straight down at the LFS.

Final list is:

1 Baby Tiger Oscar
1 Baby Cichlasoma Festae (female)
1 Baby Green Terror (male)
1 Baby Jack Dempsey (male)
1 Black Knife Ghost Fish (10cm)
1 Baby Firemouth (male)
3 Bala Sharks (7-15cm)
5 Clown Loach (7-15cm)

If the Red Terror is unavailable I will replace her with a baby female green terror or baby red oscar.
