could always add one more. but trust me its only an offer why get upset? i don't need one more but i guess $200 would be better then smashing it. plus i never said it was a bad deal. just not a steal. if its such a great deal why don't one of you guys help this person out and pony up the cash
 
You guys better hold your tongue, by the end of the weekend he may be begging for that 200 offer. I wonder if he will end up taking less or let it get smashed to teach us a lesson not to lowball. Just my observation.

350 is a pretty fair deal, good luck with the sale and I hope it doesnt get smashed.
