180 not level on stand

Happy Thanksgiving all,

I bought a brand new 180 with stand and had it delivered a couple of days ago. I was just looking the tank over and saw that the tank is not flush with the stand, is this a problem? It's flush on the far left side and center but not on the far right.

Is this a common occurrence with bigger tanks? Should I raise a fuss with my LFS?
 
It's supposedly an aqueon pine stand, I'll let them know. Thanks again man enjoy your day off
 
Something is warped, almost certainly the stand. I'd take a level and make sure it's the stand, and assuming it is, just get them to replace it. Unless it was sold "as-is", most states would require a full refund or replacement provided it's returned to the seller in the same condition within a reasonable period of time.

While there are things one can do to mitigate the warping, a warped stand shouldn't be sold without the customer being told it's warped as generally speaking it isn't usable for the purpose that they sold it.

Thought this one was okay until I took a closer look, there is a gap in between the tank and the stand. I don’t know if this is okay or not? I’ve seriously had it with this LFS
