180 tank weight?

what is the weight of a 180 gal tank? no water, fixtures, ect. just a plain glass tank. i think the glass is 3/8" but im not sure?

don't know thickness' or any of that but my 180 weigh's about 300lbs probably. Might even be more than that.

We had to move my 210g yesterday, which is basically just a tall 180g, and it was a nightmare. I'd guesstimate weight to be somewhere in the 400lbs range. We needed 3 guys to get it down a flight of stairs and navigate through my cryptic basement.

according to all glass it should be about 338 lbs. I think the glass is thicker then 3/8". it looks about 1/2" or 5/8". not sure tho!!!

When I bought my 180 the guys that delivered it said that it weighed 242 pounds empty.

the reason i ask this is as of now i have no body to help me unload it after i pick it up on sunday. im trying to figure out how i am going to do this.

We were able to move my 180 in with 2 guys. It wasn't too bad, but we didn't have to navigate around any stairs or corners.
