Awesome

Seems like you could use some more plants ;)
Those swords will be back in no time if you keep iron levels around 0.25 mg/L with some quality ferts.

Thanks for sharing,

yeap, that's why I can't wait until next time you weed your tank :)
I'm using seachem flourish tabs right now, you think that'll be enough?

Howdy,

Swords can take up most nutrients with their roots. Thus, tabs should be okay. Keep a close eye on their leaves. Any yellowing or transparency indicate iron deficiency, which they are very prone to. IN that case I'd add either iron tabs around each plant, or add liquid and confirm 0.25 mg/L (e.g. Kent Marine Iron & Manganese). Mine like Kent Marine Pro Plant as a booster in times when they don't do too well.

Really cool tank you've got

Thanks Harley.
one new sword did have one leaf turned completely yellow and died off after I plated but before I had to chance to get the flourish tabs. maybe I should add more tabs around the sword.

nice scaping, definately agree about the barebottom part! imo the scape is as important as the fish themselves in 'making' a tank!
