Might wanna read up a bit before jumping to any conclusions. The source is far from a newbie...

I've had good luck listening to his advice in the past.
 
The ray is not very skinny, the pelvic bones and dent in the head is not there, however, rays are shipped in cool conditions.

I would take at least an hour to introduce them into a new tank. and not heated to begin with.

I agree that the Temp is high but totally disagree that PH is low. 6.7 is pretty ideal and safer than high PH. I've bred ray in tanks from PH 5.5-7.5 for years.

I do agree its shock, but temperature, not PH.

I did the dripping method, took me almost 2hr to finish.
