Ok. This is the texas holey rock look. Not too sure about it though. I love the look personally but it's my girlfriend that gets the final say. What do you guys think? I also have lace rock and regular round and flat rocks.

Yeah. I am switching all my tanks to sand. I only have black sand right now and would like to get white sand for them so they show up nice. Also decided not to use lace because all I have are huge pieces that came out of my 265 gallon tank that my Mobas are in and I don't want them getting hurt on that stuff. Big pieces don't offer many hiding spots.
Mike it's late. I was thinking play sand when I read pfs. I don't know which I will go with. I have play sand in the moba tank and it looks good.
what is type of filter are you using with this tank? That will play a large roll. PFS is really cheap and as long as you get if from a pool store it is really clean. I use Leslie's if you them
Go with Leslie's pool filter sand. It so heavy that you can gravel vac it. I love the stuff and its only $9.
