Thanks all for the kind words... :)

DanDan...I have around 22 of them in the tank..mainly Megalancistrus, Pseudacanthicus and Panaques..with a few of exceptions like Hypotomus, Cochliodon, Acanthicus and Ancistrinae

redtailfool...I change water twice a week..running a big wet/dry filter and returning the water from sump via 2 rainbow lifegard FBF

cabouta1..been keeping plecos for the past 3 yrs or so :)

First of all, very cool tank!!

Second, you say your running 2 rainbow lifegard FBF right? So, any good? What type do you use, the FB 300's? And what pump do you have on them?

Thanks,

Loubard

hi loubard! yeah the rainbow lifegard are cool FBFs..definitely better than the OTTO FBF i used b4...i am using the biggest,,FB900..running both using 1 OTTO2000 pump with sponge filter attachments...i would say very easy to setup and use..juz make sure u run them with a pump that has good mechanical sponge filtration...

Nice, I'am gunna run 3 FB300 for my 200 gallon tank, with 4 P. bichir lapradei and 4 Sorubim lima. Do you think that would be sufficient enough?
It is gonna be mechanical filtered first and then go in to seperated pumps for the FBF.
