haynchinook, nice pickup, the fish store where i just got my rtc wants $50 for a 12" lima.
i just stopped by my family owned lfs today and they were having a sale, owner pulls me to the side away from other customers to talk business with me. told me he was trying something new and needed to get rid of all his larger fish. so on saturday im going in to pick up 4 13+" oscars, 5 green terrors, a firemouth, a 12" clown knife, and a crazy lookin 12" african cichlid dont remember the name. plus a free tank for helping him by taking them. possibly the 2 16" pacu also.
moral is if you wait, and keep your name around, your face visible you can get alot of stuff for free.
