dang, i missed it :irked:
but from the vids on the first page the tank does look alittle over stocked

When did they build it? I was stationed there and never heard of it. (of course, this was quite some time ago).

Did anyone catch how in the beginning they said in the old aquarium they had 16 whale sharks die!!! I found that kinda disturbing.

yea i heard that, wonder how many fish all together died in total from the
start till now

how long have they had the one bullhead like 23 years i think haha, that thing was a monster

People would be amazed a the numbers of fish that die at popular aquariums. Why I'm not with UWA anymore. I got sick of not being able to take action to save sharks in need. Sharks are dropping like flies there.
Acrylic is the best way to do large scale tanks like this. Scratches are nothing compared to a shattered glass window.
Another thing to consider is with a tank of size, normal home aquaria rules do not apply. Water changes are not nearly as important as keeping the filters clean.

I had no idea that fish died so much in aquariums! Makes me kinda sick..

But yeah I would imagine that with a huge aquarium it's more of an ecosystem than a home aquarium.

damn.
