2 2500g pumps 100g sump with trickle tower

I just need information regarding how much media and or surface area i need to filter approx 3600gph after head height for biological filtration.

Theres approx 15gallons of media storage in the trickle tower and about 50 gallons of media storage in the sump. Ill probably put bioballs with the Filter socks so that should bump me up to about 75 gallons total just for biological media.

No preference on media. Im all ears.

Welll depending on what media ya use, there are recommendation by the company itself that makes em right.... Like for example seachem pond matrix they recommened ya use 2litres to filter/treat 200gallons ....And I honestly think when it comes to sumps for media it more what media you like I don't think matter, I've seen those bio ceramic noodles, I've seen bio balls, (plastc and ceramic) pot scrubbies, seachem pond matrix, I think it comes down to what you like personally and what ya find cleans easiest right... What ya use is suggest pUtting them in laundry bags ya buy at walmart easy to move em or clean em when needed
