ok if u have a 5 inch tank i wouldent reccomend any fish st all lol, if u mean 5 foot, yea u could go with pbass, and in my opinion theres not stunted growth with any fish and tank size but thats a hole nother topic, of corse u wanna have a big tank for a fish that gets big but in my opinion ur not gonna stop the fish from growing,

so I guess I would pass it.. I am not going to get a new tank for another year or 2.
