im not really looking into an invert tank, i was thinking maybe a nano shrimp goby (yasha or high fin, etc) and a randall's pistol shrimp..

or maybe a group of sexy shrimp if i can find them

if not the shrimp/goby them maybe a clown goby or clingfish?

if anybody knows of a small fish i seem to be forgetting please chime in... as long as it stays under 2" i'm confident putting it in there.. water quality wont be an issue and i have a tight lid

im alo running an AC 20 for filtration and have a hydor 8 watt heater and the tank is staying at about 76 degrees (i probably wont need the heater in the summer)

i'll probably just stick to zoos and a mushroom or two fro corals, i have an eclipse 9 watt over the tank

theres a little macro alge that im going to throw in there as well as my red ball sponge..
does anybody knwo the name of the macro alge that looks like little neon green fuzzy pencils? has anybody seen this before?

open to any suggestions..

nobody?

i was hoping typing it as 2.50 would get some people interested.. thinking i meant 250 :D

Well i heard the goby-shrimp relationship only happens in bigger tanks, but you could try.

I had a tiger pistol shrimp once, really cool shrimp, they burrow around. He's MIA now though, most likely dead, i think he burrowed until the rock collapsed and killed him :(

Invertebrates don't make good engineers.

I just set up the tom deco kit with 18 watt light, I was planning on doing a clown goby and a small group of sexy shrimp.

sexy shrimp definately seem to be going in lol

im thinking 3-4?

maybe either a green or panda clown goby, yashia (flaming prawn goby if i'm feeling up to spending $120 on a 2" fish, lol) or cleaner goby.. i might also throw in one of the eletric blue hermits... right now i only have the sponge in there.. figured i'd spot feed him a little after my sleeper goby pretty much burried him.. i'll get a peice of live rock or two in there either tomarrow or tuesday and get some pics up

actually they got a bog order of green banded gobies at an LFS around here i might go pick them up

Any pictures of it's current state?

it'd be at least tommarow untill i can get them... im heading off to bed soon

it's looking cool though.. great contrast between the sponge and the sand, it has much redder color than when i had it under the halides in the 29

All I have in mine is live sand and saltwater. I still need to buy a heater for it. Any suggestions?
