I remove the male after she's tagged every time it seems to keep the pups in longer and deff lessons stress on the preg female... Think about it in the wild it's hit and run for the male . the females not always fighting off a male

thanks this is a great idea! wish i had more tanks to seperate males

your males fight alot when in the same tank?

No the males don't fight no problems there but my male will keep biting and bothering the female non stop even after she's preg

im having the same problem but i was trying to get the young females to breed

i should be able to seperate them now though
