I had (6) 1 year old RBP's in a 125 tank, water parameters great, tank temp 82, everything good until last week.
One fish developed a white film over their eyes with no other symtoms and was dead within 24 hours. Called local fish store and took pictures and they gave me pimafix and melafix. Have treated tank and done 2 partial water changes. This morning the largest RBP had white on his eyes, fin degredation, and lost some of the "slickness" to his body, meaning he was not shiney all over and had some dull places. He was bumping the glass before he passed away.
All of my fish have been in excellent health without any signs of sickness in the year I have owned them. This largest fish which just passed away this morning
Any ideas on what this could be and more importantly what can I do to help my fish?
I uploaded the best pic I have at the moment, I will try to have some others this evening.
Regards and thanks in advance for any advice.

Get that ph up a hardness of 5 should be ok to buffer it. rbp can cope with alot but this they shouldnt have to endure!
