2 haitiensis cichlids, is it a pair?

the Odo from the first two pics is the one that is running the tank. so by your call, the female is the 1st set of pics, and is the bigger of the two and more aggressive, and the 2nd set of pics is a male.
 
:) yes that's what I believe is female. Out of the group I originally bought to form my pair the females were all larger and more dominant than the males lol so that can be expected in your case:) but they do need a lil more growth to be exact on sexing.
