2 milk crates holding up a 100 gallon tank.

hmm. they are calling it a 100 but to be honest it looks like a 55g.

you can tell from the pic that it is very narrow. probably only 12" wide.

the viewing area has the proportions of a standard 55 -48x20" front panel..

that might explain why it is holding up. its half the weight the poster makes it out to be...

12 Volt Man is 100% correct lol i also believe its a standard 55.....most people on craigslist dont know anything about aquariums. Still crazy its on milk crates though

For sure not 100g just by compairing the size of the tank to the crates.. i think its a 55g also

yea I thoght 55 when I saw the pic too.Milk crates are really strong,would hold the weight no problem.But after a few years they fall apart,I had a few I kept tools in in the garage and just disintegrated when I went to pick them up.
