I think those breeds will be amazing or epic fails imo. They are completly diffrent styles of rays wouldnt mind to hurt. I think it is techinicly possible but alot of the time black rays out compete them for food and are more aggresive

I know that there is the food issue, but with constant free food 3 days on with a 1 day break in-between, I think that it won't be an issue. As for the aggression thing, maybe a male tiger/retic and a female hybrid black ray could give it a chance. It isn't in the works just yet, but I'm not sure if I can keep my curiosity under control.

The male hasn't bothered the other small rays one bit, although he is so active and bouncy that he pushes them around a little in his comings and goings.

All-in-all they are doing very well together; can't wait to get them into something huge.

Completely unrelated. Is it possible to breed these with either retics or tiger rays?

I'd try with tigers, not so sure about retics.

Are you getting a tiger as well? What size and what gender? Also how big is your male pearl/leo. Looks to be about 10 inches or more.
