Definitely gator gars. I think one distinct feature about gator juveniles are the larger-than-usual eyes and the short and slightly stubbier snout. If you ever get the chance in a LFS, compare the way say, a florida and a gator gar looks. Then you'll know why everyone's saying those are gators.
