I just picked up my 2 motoro pups yesterday and replaced my glacial rubble with sand. Here are the before with Jardini in tank, he has been moved to my 180g, and then the tank with me moving the rock, then pics 5 hours later, pretty clear water. Enjoy I know I sure am, 2nd time keeping rays. I remember now why I liked them so much, fun to watch swim and play!!!IMG_3926.jpgIMG_3928.jpgIMG_3929.jpgIMG_3932.jpgIMG_3934.jpgIMG_3935.jpgIMG_3939.jpgIMG_3941.jpgIMG_3942.jpgIMG_3945.jpg

Yes I like it as well, I have tried to feed them frozen blood worms and frozen mysis shrimp. They did not go for any of it, but as soon as I put in Massivore Delite pellets they came over and ate them. Is it possible to raise them on just pellets, that is what I was told they were eating before I got them, There are a bunch of small fish in tank with them, but not one is missing.

Small fish in the tank, not one missing... YET :D

Yes, if your rays are already eating pellets, that's a great place to be. Pellets are going to be much more of a meal for them than bloodworms. I'd still try to convince them to eat some fresh fish like Tilapia, Shrimp etc. by way of variety..

What kind of sand are you using?
