You should take a whole lot of worms, chop them up into 1" pieces, and then throw them in, they always go for this! The worms smell alot, and he will notice! Be a little strickt about it, dont feed the catfish for a few days.

my ray always swims away from the worms lying on the ground somehow. however im willing to try the starving method so long as it wont cause death or illnesses :)

Motoros are genuinly intrested in everything eatable, when i got my first in, they got right on the worms. Then i cutted up worms and let them lay in a sousage with shrimp and everything else i wanted to give them. 1 week after, they all ate shrimp, frozen fish filet, scampi, whatever i threw in.

If it is eating, its healthy, and the worst time is over, now you can experiment a little. i would deff go with the worms, as for the souse reason, worms smells heavy, and if they eat worm, and you put something with the worms for a day(cutted up worms), they most likely eat that aswell, becouse the smell is identical, and heavy:p Smell on your fingers after your done cooking the meal :)
